User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, Scaleable Scales, its suppliers, any entity jointly created by them, their respective affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of the use of the on-line service by customers.

Scaleable Scales is a distributor of Scales and Weighing equipment and services supplied by third parties such as manufacturers, distributors and service providers. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information providers, users, or others, are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and do not necessarily state or reflect those of Scaleable Scales.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted if the notification is received at least 5 days prior to the start-shipment date.  Cancellations are not acceptable if the order has been shipped. 

Returns and Allowances

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization, regardless of the reason for the return, and may be subject to a 25% handling and restocking charge.  Authorization for returns may be requested through email, by phone or at our address listed on our website. If authorized, a return authorization number will be provided along with the return address all of which must accompany your return shipment. Merchandise returned without the authorization will be refused and returned at the sender's expense. Only current merchandise in a saleable condition will be accepted for return.

Scaleable Scales will accept returns of defective merchandise or errors in shipping. All valid claims will be handled and corrected to your complete satisfaction.  Be sure to give complete details on all claims or requests for returns, listing the merchandise, specific reason for return, and the corresponding invoice number and date. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Scaleable Scales reserves the right to make changes without notice or obligation as well as to discontinue any item in our line.

Past Due Invoices

Customers that maintain net terms with Scaleable Scales are expected to pay invoices according to terms, no exceptions. All past due invoices will incur a 2% per month finance fee on the overdue balance (24% per annum).  All attorney fees and legal expenses accrued to collect on an unpaid debt/invoice will be added to the original invoice/debt.  All credit accounts are be reviewed regularly for credit worthiness and  adjustments to terms will be made according to payment history.

Privacy

We DO NOT sell, loan, or give out any of our customer information  to any organizations. Any information you give remains with Scaleable Scales and the distributor of the product or service you have ordered.

Shipping

All products ordered through Scaleable Scales will ship directly from factory or warehouse by either UPS^TM, FedEx^â, US Postal Service, OTR, Freight, or by the best means necessary.  Customers will be informed of items that are not in stock or of any production delays as they arise.  In most cases stock or the lack of stock for a particular item will be apparent at the time an order is placed with Scaleable Scales.
